Yellow, Blue, and I think Red Lums have super variants; Super Yellow Lums appear in Rayman 2, while Super Blue Lums appear in GBA Rayman 3 and GBA Rayman Raving Rabbids. I think Super Red Lums appear in GBA Rayman 3, if they exist at all.

Shields Up... and Down, and A Cloud of Darkness!

The remixed track that I think you are referring to is “Shield and Syrtaki” (or “Shield and Sirtaki,” however you want to spell it), which played in Shields Up …and Down. This song remixed the opening melodies of “Hi-Ho Moskito” and “Shooting Me Softly” from Rayman Origins.
