< Had ended up doing the McDonalds order, $6 basically, for the large drink, large fry, and the free doublecheese burger.
Though < probably should have gotten a smaller drink and fry anyway.

Yes free stuff is great!
< got two rounds of 4hr rests so < got a good nights sleep. Even though the other half was in the morning.

Re: The You Game!
In relation to the topic above, < wants to go to KFC sometime to get a Zinger Double Down, they look nice for sure.
Only issue is the price. Kinda a scary realisation that <‘ll probably live off meal deals when <‘s older.

Re: The You Game!
The amount of times < would do that in the likes of Burger King haha. < would go order the XL bacon double cheese meal and they'd say "would you like to super-size it for 40 cent", then they'd give you lots of chips and a huge drink that was over 1 litre.Reese Riverson wrote: Thu Oct 23, 2025 5:38 pm < Had ended up doing the McDonalds order, $6 basically, for the large drink, large fry, and the free doublecheese burger.

Re: The You Game!
< watched a documentary about abducted Indigenous women in class today and < was horrified. So now < is planning to do a fund rasier where < will bike through <‘s entire town. The money will go support the families of kidnapped Indigenous women.
< hopes this money will help them. And < hopes it’ll also spread awareness. < has been doing a lot around school as of late, <‘s first step was the land acknowledgments. < is proud of that small step.

Re: The You Game!
< is finally relieved to have found the motherboard < had been looking for.
Re: The You Game!
< is happy that ^ found this. < did think it was a bit peculiar that it just vanished. < and ^ are great at misplacing things, aren't we?
< had a similar experience a few weeks back in a VC with ^, where < couldn't find <'s GBA. We laughed and said that < will just find it when < is looking for something else. < found it within the next day or two when looking for something completely different, in a drawer that was very obvious, despite looking everywhere that night and pulling boxes out.

Re: The You Game!
Of course it was in the one place that < didn't even look at, one of the specific bins < thought there wasn't a motherboard hiding out in.
Re: The You Game!
< says it's always in the place you least expect it to be.
< is aware that people use the phrase "it's always in the last place you look", but of course it is. Why would anyone find something, and then keep looking for it!

< has noticed we're less than 100 pages, or 2000 posts, away from this thread reaching 10,000 pages.
< Got curious and did some quick mafs, this thread apparently constitutes around 13% of all posts on the forum.

Re: The You Game!
< Wonders how different the forum history would’ve been if Xenesus. (Not typing 198012 ^s for sure) never created the thread.
Probably not very different as it was already big on RZ though.

Re: The You Game!
^ says that, but < thinks a lot of interesting conversations have come up in this thread, while it might not have the most intrinsic notable history, < thinks this thread serves as a good indicator of the more banal day-to-day and you can see how interactions have changed over the years.

Re: The You Game!
Oh, < didn’t really elaborate on that last point. < Meant that as it was so big on RZ, it would’ve inevitably been posted here by someone like Xenon or Matyuv a couple years later.

Re: The You Game!
Ahh, yeah < misinterpreted what ^ meant. < does think this thread is a common concept for old forums. The funny thing is that the use of the "<" symbol is meant to point to the user's profile, as in many forums the profile is to the left of the post.
We here on this forum have our profiles to the right of the post, which makes this feel all the more anachronous xD

Re: The You Game!
The fun fact < has for you is the fact that this month thus far, this thread holds 17.5% of the total posts in October.Master wrote: Fri Oct 24, 2025 10:32 am < has noticed we're less than 100 pages, or 2000 posts, away from this thread reaching 10,000 pages.

Then on mobile, we have them at the top instead. We can't use ^ though since that refers to the user above.Master wrote: Fri Oct 24, 2025 1:39 pm The funny thing is that the use of the "<" symbol is meant to point to the user's profile, as in many forums the profile is to the left of the post.

EDIT: < needs to use <, in order to avoid being reported to a member of staff.
