It's unfortunate that blue light is the light < should be avoiding if < wants to sleep. Perhaps green light will not be as bad!

Haha. Yeah blue light in general is bad for ones eyes, especially at night. That's why most light bulbs were usually "warm" (yellow). < was just mentioning this since < and Reese recently had a conversation about using blue headlights and that it's really stupid (and illegal, but that doesn't stop people). It would be particularly blinding at night, and easily cause an accident.

< thinks green might be better though, as long as it's not those green lasers.

< has also seen a Mustang in town before with very bright yellow running lamps, not even the headlamps in that case.

< has to head out into the night to pick up <'s mom and <'s sister. At 11 PM in the evening from the airport! Just why does <'s parents make such weird drop off and pick up times????

< wishes ^ luck with that. As < will have already told ^ earlier, < is playing BG&E again. < is at the volcano and has 28 pearls, so < just needs two more for the Stellar Motor. Let's see what twists this game throws at <. :P

< has been making some decent progress with the game attempt for <'s friend's birthday. At least < thinks so anyway.

< finished BG&E about half 40 minutes ago. < was under the impression the game was going to be longer than it was, given the amount of leftover pearls and animals, and some things < never even got codes for.

< relented and ended up getting Legends Z-A.

It's genuinely getting on <'s nerves. It's antithetical to have an open space game like this and end up being arbitrarily restrained. < Know it's all just within the city and < is still in the initial set of missions (only just ranked up to Y), but the fact that there's side items and tasks that are just out of reach behind invisible walls because NO YOU NEED TO DO THING, is really annoying.

< Understands the Pokémon games are for younger audiences, but < thinks this is patronising even to them.

<'s hoping it's just cause <'s on the first few missions, but <'s fairly sure that even other Pokémon games would have let go and let you start to go at your own pace by this point.

Yeah < did find that annoying, < recalls a moment when < was rank Y that < wanted to go see Wild Zones 5 and 6 but the game wouldn't let < go there until < just ABSOLUTELY HAD to finish the story-related event for that day. < says that ^ will be able to explore around eventually (<'s on rank W and is able to roam the place freely for the time being) but the amount of hand-holding before you're able to do so is tiresome.

Yeah it has let up for < after < got to a certain point in mission 5. <'s glad too cause < wanted to change <'s haircut. It's weird you don't get that option on the initial character creator.

< started playing BG&E HD on <'s Xbox despite already completing the 20th anniversary edition on Steam. < can instantly see several differences with the graphics, even on those machines that contain stuff like K-Bups. The font looks very different on them, same with the compass etc. < wonders if the original version will just look the same as the HD one aside from the higher resolution it runs at. The 20th anniversary one clearly looks different though in several ways.

P.S: You can tell < enjoyed the game a lot if < wants to play it again right away.

< found it a bit less constricting than Sun&Moon / UltraSun&UltraMoon, if you can believe that.

< recalls the tutorial being a bit of a drag in those games, but not to the point where < was getting actively annoyed.

Granted < hasn't played those games in half a decade at this point so it could very well be that <'s threshold for enforced railroading had substantially dropped.

< enjoyed it, though < isn't even sure if < done everything in the entire game. < does remember playing it for several hours and also thinking Guzma was a funny character. "Y'all are stupid!".

< watched Darker Than Black again. It hit even harder now. Either < is really in a bad place right now or < is able to appreciate the beauty of the worlbuilding even better.

Either way, still <'s personal favorite anime.

< is happy that ^ had fun with it! < must try collecting everything once more at some point on the PC version (which is the only one < has). < has done it on Dolphin, but not for real. Oooogh < doesn't look forward to certain challenges. :oops2:

It looks like some choices aren't available until completing certain missions. < completed a certain challenge and suddenly got a couple more hair colors to choose. So many hairstyles and colors to choose from. < thinks in both of <'s files <'s going to change the color (and have one do color blocking and the other balayage), so that leaves the hairstyles. < doesn't know why but < likes the side ponytail and the male's default hairstyle best.

< imagines that if any of us met ^ in real life ^ wouldn't want to talk to any of us either, that's the vibe < seems to be getting.
