Are those people working in a supermarket by any chance?Steo wrote: Thu Nov 13, 2025 3:28 pm < knows a few people who start putting them up by the time they even get the Halloween ones down, so < was just wondering.
< "celebrates" Thanksgiving by virtue of watching the Detroit Lions play at a reasonable time for Europe. < thinks we absolutely should have that for the thread topic to vote upon.
Re: The You Game!
< thinks that would make sense actually. < was just kind of curious regarding it.

Re: The You Game!
<'s aunt is definitely one of those people who decorates after Halloween. There are already decorations cluttering her apartment
<'s parents decorate early as well, but not quite that early.

< wonders if ^ would ever decorate then.

Re: The You Game!
< woke up several times and literally stayed in bed until now. < just kept waking up and falling asleep several times. < even spent a couple hours awake at one stage. < can call it a "nap" that < just woke up from essentially. It's weird when this happens.

< wishes ^ could actually sleep without always waking up so frequently.
< is also thrilled to have found a mouse driver for Windows 3.1 to have a useable scroll wheel.

Re: The You Game!
< really didn't expect scroll wheel to exist back then. Even all the mice < had in school didn't have scroll wheels, at least in primary.

< didn't have a scroll wheel on a mouse until like... the early 2000s, if < remembers correctly.

< just felt way too tired and kind of unwell really, so < knew that < was going to eventually need more sleep.

Re: The You Game!
< heard the song "When I'm 64" by the Beatles on the radio this morning just before getting out of the car. Then in a funny coincidence, today's Daily WTF is named in reference to that very song!
Re: The You Game!
< is working hard at Christmas preparations this year! < will be checking <'s naughty or nice list quite carefully.

Re: The You Game!

< sees that ^ is here today too. How is ^ doing? < is now awake so < has time to be around for a bit.

Re: The You Game!
< thinks it's nice to see Santa!
Re: The You Game!
< is trying to bribe Santa's elves with some shiny tings to end up on Santa's good list.
