Over the course of the franchise, every single commanding officer provides unique tactical advantage. I'm looking for a difference in implementation specific to Days Of Ruin.
I never thought this question would be untennable but proof is in the pudding : I have to change it.
The answer was : in Advance Wars 1, 2 and Dual Strike, the CO would affect every troop on the map, but in Dark Conflict/Days of Ruin it had to be loaded into a unit and it's influence could only be felt in an area around said unit.
