< sees ^ is in need of positive reinforcement, < authorises ^ to have a cookie as in the days of old for ^'s good work in explaining.
< meanwhile is trying to limit <'s consumption of sweet stuffs...to middling success.

< hopes ^ will feel even more better. If not, < will authorise more cookies for ^
Hmm, < wonders if there's anything in ^'s sleeping environment, such as light or temperature, that may be a factor?Steo wrote: Thu Nov 27, 2025 5:12 pm < is extremely tired today, far more than usual. < got about 4 hours of sleep, then when < wanted to try go back asleep for a while it just basically wasn't happening.

< is not too sure. < does have blinds in conjunction with very dark curtains. < had gotten up for a few hours and then tried to nap, but < didn't feel like < ever fell asleep, unless they were just dog naps as they call it.Master wrote: Thu Nov 27, 2025 6:16 pm Hmm, < wonders if there's anything in ^'s sleeping environment, such as light or temperature, that may be a factor?
<'s internet has been acting weird today. < seen people across the road doing something so < assumes they're fixing whatever the issue is. It goes up and down intermittently, even a speedtest can be seen fluctuating rapidly.

Re: The You Game!
< would make some joke about internet traffic, but <'s too braindead to think of anything suitable.
<'s old place had blackout shades, and < misses them as < is pretty sensitive to light when it comes to being able to sleep. < wonders if ^'s room is also a suitable temperature, < finds if its too cold < will end up waking up during the night intermittently.

Re: The You Game!
< finds in the summer at least, that <'s room was always far too hot. These times of year it fluctuates a lot depending on how it is outside. Some mornings the room has been about 22 degrees, others only about 19. < does know it can get fairly cold in here though when it's actually freezing out, like in minus temps. The computer usually makes it warmer though, and of course if the radiators are on. < did try turn the TRV to a setting on the radiator though where it's supposed to cut out at about 21 degrees or so, to stop it from getting too hot. Apparently < stupidly had the TRVs all set to max at one point, which makes no sense and defeats the purpose.

< lately has been having problem with playing YouTube videos (using Microsoft Edge), sometimes the page freezes and it needs a reload.

< has a Windows 2000, a Windows 7, and several Windows XP. So < can house the PC games < has stored up in <'s PC that won't work on newer systems like the Windows 11 machine < has right now (many of them are educational) and play them whenever < wants.

Re: The You Game!
< had a good Thanksgiving with family today, though < did eat too much. < will now use this opportunity to start re-organizing things and possibly getting the Christmas tree down and ready for decoration.

< also had a good Thanksgiving, though < did stuff <self as well. Thankfully, it was the only meal < had all day.
< is fairly certain < is either going to sleep early, or sleep later than usual.

< just realised < never took off <'s socks when < went to bed, < usually notices as < struggles to sleep otherwise. < was more knackered than < thought last night it seems...
Re: The You Game!
Oh yeah, < hopes all those across the pond enjoyed Thanksgiving day!
< woke up at 9AM, which would have been fine if < hadn't slept at about 4AM. < didn't fall back asleep for over an hour and a half, then < got woken up just before 1PM by dogs barking. At least it's better than 3-4PM but it could still use improvement. Sleeping early enough to get up at 9AM in the first place wouldn't be terrible.

< has woken up at 8 this morning. Which is great, except < woke up in the most terrible way imaginable and now it's impossible for < to get any more sleep. Stupid medicine!
Re: The You Game!
< wishes the same as ^^
< really didn't celebrate Thanksgiving, probably because it's not tradition around where < lives
< recently finished a movie saga, < really liked it
< today is a bit sleepy because < had to wake up earlier
< is not frying today, surprisingly
< is pretty bored, because < had to go to school due to a call from it

Re: The You Game!
< has been limiting it since the summer, to surprising success. The worst is when < is using sugar in the lab, with its overpowering smell, and can't taste itMaster wrote: Thu Nov 27, 2025 6:08 pm < meanwhile is trying to limit <'s consumption of sweet stuffs...to middling success.
< realized this morning that < is doing a sort of anti-Santa thing: turning sugar into coal

< admires ^'s power of will...meanwhile < was doing rather well this week but < ended up getting a doughnut today since < was having a bad craving xD
Maybe < should start turning those to coal...
