< hopes the dog will be ok, and that ^ manages to rest well enough before all the driving.
Thankfully, she's fine! In fact before she even went inside the office she felt like walking. It literally took 10 minutes since nobody else was at the vet's office at the time since we went the first hour of opening.
......
As for the rest of <'s day, <'s aunt felt sick and ended up skipping that day and today's plans so now < has time to do what < wants. Which atm is finish the Pokemon game <'s playing on <'s Switch, though <'s been trying to stack other tasks like using <'s phone and watching a show at the same time. < has been hooked on to <'s game for weeks oddly enough, but wants to finish it really soon so < can get back to Rayman 3.

< guesses that both of us are bad at sleeping.
Welcome to the club of bad sleepers! Featuring <, ^ and Steo! And probably a lot of other people here who haven't admitted yet they have terrible sleep patterns.
< woke up some minutes ago
< still feels a little down but asking my mom to go to the therapist together will do nothing
< hates this fact and wants to fix it to the point it never appears again
< calls <self stupid and naive for thinking < can do anything about this
< thinks of punishing <self for not being so active lately, though there's no need to do this
< is not so happy about the upcoming year, it will be worse, < swears
< hasn't played the PC version of Rayman 2 for a good while, < forgot about some of its more jankier quirks...such as that one switch at the beginning of The Iron Mountains that always seems to take more effort to shoot at than it does in other versions of the game...
Still, it's been a good while since < played a version of the game that had the Hall of Doors. For all <'s preferences with the Dreamcast version, < finds the Isle of Doors doesn't really hold a candle to the Hall.
< doesn't have any issues with the Isle, it's more it feel less like a realm between than the hall does. It's down to the aesthetics and presentation of it all than anything else really.
< remembers reading the Narnia books with <'s mother around the same time < was first playing Rayman 2. < thinks the Hall of Doors and the Wood Between the Worlds have a lot of similarities (forest setting, jumping in and out of water to navigate between worlds, the otherworldly serenity…)

< certainly hopes everything goes well for ^.
Yep, it went smoothly : < is now a homeowner. (technically flatowner)
< spotted the Christmas tree and sat in front of it, in an otherwise empty living room, and listened to some music that is at the same time soothing and inspiring.
< is starting to go back to the worse sleeping pattern again, yet ironically getting more sleep. Maybe < needs to shift it slowly instead of just trying to dive headfirst into another time zone.
< has finals today, how fun. < gets to sit in a silent classroom doing a 100 question test for an hour and a half, twice! And then < gets to do it again tomorrow! And then one final time the day after! Hooray!
< Can't complain though, since < gets 2.5 weeks off of school when finals are done, and <'s going skiing for a week on new years!
< really messed up <'s sleep again at this point, worse than it was even. < needs to get it back on track. Christmas won't be fun if < is sleeping until it's dark every day.
