We don't know if any of this will happen yet; I don't know if I'd need the OK from the higher-ups for these events, but if there's some way I can operate or officiate some of these things, I'd gladly do it!

Sorry that I'm a bit late here. If you'd be willing to do such a thing, it's of course not a problem. Anything regarding ting prizes though would just be up to us moderators to hand out. It's probably best to discuss that part first is all, to ensure the quantity is sensible. :)

I have a dumb question: so my rank is currently this https://static.raymanpc.com/forum/image ... s_Bleu.png and the filename is "Bleu.png" instead of "Blue.png".
I feel like this could be an easter egg by Humnch or just a minor mistake. I don't really care but i am mentioning it here :p

What's the French word for Blue? The answer to your question lies there.

Good, because French speakers are not exactly the intended public for that game.

And they seem to always be misspelling "Niebieski Lum" anyway. :hap:

Wait wait, does that mean if I use this game to learn French and then try talking to Frenchies, would I get laughed at? :P

Why would French people need to play a game to learn their native language (the writing on the case is even in English). :P

Seems like you do, since you said something.

I shouldn't have to point this out, but people are clearly joking. It's not all serious. ;)

Well, I know many a Frenchman who could use some French lessons. :P The quality of education has decreased so much over the past 50 years or so that most kids can barely spell nowadays. And many adults too.

That's kind of true. Over here a lot of people spell things wrong even with native English. Ironically especially given they're on the Internet all the time and have autocorrect etc. Then again I also heard that many people only spell things by the sound when they're native speakers. They don't learn in text before learning out loud, which usually is the case when learning a foreign language.

This is particularly true of languages like French and English, where the same sound can be spelled in many different ways. Does that make Italians better at spelling? :P

I'm pretty sure studies have found that Italians and Spanish people struggle less with reading and writing because their systems are much more transparent.

But of course everyone makes spelling mistakes from time to time!
