Can you make it so I can run everything on Windows 3.1? I'm tired of windows 10 and 11's stupid nonsense.
Re: PluMGMK's Happy Place.
Yeah, modern Windows is smelly.

Hey, since we're talking about Windows, PluMGMK number 4, can you throw my Windows 10 laptop at the racer behind me? The red capped guy keeps trying to throw green shells at me. I have every intention of staying a natural winner.

Re: PluMGMK's Happy Place.
Only if you give me retro computer parts so I can make my own legacy Windows 3.11 machine.

Re: PluMGMK's Happy Place.
I see so you are looking for retro AI parts to create your legacy machine. Sounds like a positive plan

As long as you didn't derive it from BolgenOS, I'm Happy.PluМGMK wrote: Wed Apr 01, 2026 4:40 pm PluMOS will be the new distro to natively support Windows 3.1 and AI.![]()
I probably have quite a few to give you, except.PluМGMK wrote: Wed Apr 01, 2026 5:55 pm Only if you give me retro computer parts so I can make my own legacy Windows 3.11 machine.![]()
1. Can't promise you can actually build a working PC out of them.
2. Shipping is... difficult at the moment.
I've worked with some guys from there, who were quite nice, though.

Re: PluMGMK's Happy Place.
What do you even have to possibly give PluM anyway? I'm curious.
Re: PluMGMK's Happy Place.
Seems I've been invited here. I like Linux.

Re: PluMGMK's Happy Place.
Right? Much better than that other OS that smells, named after those things you look through that also let daylight in. So little creativity in the name...

Even the Tux mascot is cool!
Re: PluMGMK's Happy Place.
Have you ever submitted kernel patches? That's an experience.

Re: PluMGMK's Happy Place.
Having a cute penguin as a mascot is sooo much better than.....uhhhh....what mascot does that other one have again? You know, the one that's constantly dirty and people have to clean.
