It has been calm for the past two days, just cold in the evenings. I am looking forward to the fact it's getting warmer though, and the days are getting noticeably longer now too. The clocks go forward in 3 weeks. I definitely look forward to this. I like this part of the year as we get warmer weather, longer daylight, and head towards summer.
Speaking of which, we don't seem to be getting very warm weather in the coming weeks given the time of year. I think we had a warmer January and February than usual, and ever since March it's been mostly cold aside from a few select days. I just want it to be nice out, as I set myself up for disappointment when it rains all summer.
The fact that march seems suspiciously cold when in fact it's supposed to be like that every year is one of the many indicators that climate change is too far gone and that we're all going to die.
I always felt like the seasons were pushing forward further and further. Not on the calendar, but just in general. Winter feels delayed, as does Spring etc. We had snow in April, even until the start of May in Sweden when I was there before. Obviously the seasons on the calendar and the solstices never move, but the seasons still feel like they have.
See it’s not just my imagination, I’m not going loopy here! In a few years time summer will continue to October/November and winter will only occur in March.

Man I'm sick of all this hot sunny weather already, if there are weather gods up there I'd like them to make it rain plums.
People could get seriously hurt I guess almonds would be even more lethal though
The weather should feel ashamed. It gave me the impression that it would rain all week, then halfway through it decided to change its mind and change the rest of the days to sunny. I don't even want to get started on the slowly rising temps.
We're getting a fair amount of thundering and lightening here this evening. I thought it was done with around 9PM or just beforehand, but we're getting a few now at 2AM. I've never actually seen lightening at night here, so this is new to me, and kind of cool.
