Hello there! the name is larryisck.
I recently became a rayman fan right after getting the rayman 10th anniversary for the ps2 as a gift to my birthday a months ago.
and i also played rayman origins steam port, which is honestly fun to play with.
my favourite characters were possibly the henchman 800 and razorbeard since i became a fan of these two and made a rayman origin hoax about henchman 800 for a twitter account.
either way since im aware of this isnt an place of chat and rather than just a forum itself (which is fair.), i would love to meet and chat for rayman fans, discussing about rayman games and etc.
either way im may or may not sure if i should keep trying to be active around here but i still love to hang out with rayman fans and etc.
btw i am a artist, i drew some plenty of rayman stuffs in a college sketchbook around a while and it prob fun while curing my boredom away.

Hey everyone!
Where do I start? I think Rayman is, to this day, my favorite franchise - and I keep coming back to it to gain inspiration for whatever I'm working on, may it be art, music or for designing my own little indie games. I swear whenever I am drawing grass or vegetation, there is a 100% chance that I'll add that iconic swirl shape somewhere in it. You know what I mean.

I can confidently say that I grew up with the Rayman series since I was a little kid. I remember my parents gifting me Rayman 2 back when it just came out in the late 90s, and I was obsessed with the series for what must have been a decade. I drew a ton of Rayman fanart back in the late 2000s on DeviantArt, which had a really active Rayman fan community at the time. I think most of my closest online friends were also from exactly that community.

I was briefly active here around 2010, when I was working on a Doom mod called "Rayman Doom". It was never finished though, and in hindsight, I am not the biggest fan of it. It reflected my somewhat "edgy" phase that I had back then (so glad that's over), but nonetheless I'm happy to know that a few people really enjoyed the mod!

Since then, I was mostly lurking here. I recently started a new game project, and its development is heavily driven by my love for Rayman 2. So I thought it would be cool to get a bit more in touch with the community again. Also, for years I was impressed with the work of other fellow gamedevs here, so maybe I can learn a thing or two.
