True gentlemen go to bed when the sun sets.

< aims for that, but usually ends up going slightly after midnight. And that's already much better than before!

< normally does, but would be better off going a bit earlier

Nah, <'s currently in a habit of going to bed at that same timeframe, despite < having to get up at 6am for work.
At least < hasn't been pulling a Steo on bedtime.

Well, < thinks ^ and ^^ must have better sleep schedules than < does.
< has been getting up around 9 lately but going to bed around 3-4. Not quite enough to reach 8 hours yet but the wake-up time is ok.

< tends to wake up early every morning after getting maybe 4 to 5 hours of sleep and then < has to have a nap in the middle of the day for a couple more hours to catch up on sleep before work starts
< feels like ^ can understand this concept of getting to bed late and waking up super early =P

Re: The You Game!
< has increased <'s sleep quality so much by going to bed earlier and waking up at roughly the same time every day (including weekends) that < definitely isn't going back.
< can't really take naps anyway. It's either sleeping for several hours or not sleeping at all.
