HTML HELP

I am having problems trying to figure out how to make a form for Jman's Jar of Lums that submits images and not text. If some one could tell me the correct coding on how to do it that would be greatly appreciated.

Sending data with HTML forms is disadvised. Well, this article could help you. Be sure to set up the upload folder with the right CHMOD ;)
