It's not the sort of music you would headbang to.

I disagree

Plus that's not too logical, so your point is that music you don't headbang to can't be called metal?

I've just listened to the guy/girl (really I can't tell) who won Eurovision, and that was really bad :| The French song was really a good one, but I haven't listened to the others so I can't tell who deserved to win :?

I'd just like to put in my two cents in on this topic. I know this hasn't been opened up in a while, but I think it's worth talking about. In my opinion, Lordi definitely should've won, and Finland deserved the title this go-around. The band that nearly actually beat Lordi for the preliminary Finnish nomination was Nightwish (Best band in the world in my opinion), so it shows you what they were up against. The song was very good as well, although I still think Nightwish would've cleaned up just the same. Those are my thoughts. Sorry if the bump upsets anyone.

Eurovision 2008 tonight! Who's watching it?

I was gonna totally root for that Irish turkey thing but it ain't a finalist. I sure hope there's an equally funny entry tonight. I'm surprised ours [UK] isn't so sickly this year.
