No, I'm pretty sure you mean Celsius. 10 Fahr is about -12 C which is an average temperature in December here, so yeah.

Stop giving the place a bad name. It has bad weather and has quite a high crime rate (not as high as others I've seen though), but I think it's quite a nice country despite this.
