Why is it so cold?

Just because a room does not have central heating it doesn't make it that cold. Outside is about 20 degrees today.

It's 32 degrees Celcius over here, and that's damn hot. A lot of people are getting heat stroke, and a friend of mine had some fish that literally cooked in their water.
