What are you using as your definition of noob? I'm new to forums, I don't even know what tbh (probably the only thing other than lol that I've seen more than 100 times), 133t speak, or may other things mean. But I'm thinking you're referring to people who aren't that nice. Am I right?

Noobs are people that act like little kids. You now the type. "Oh I love the rabbids, they're so cute!!!" "You are a very bad man" "Don't be nasty to my precious buddy". You get the idea.
