The big R is the way that the font is.

Re: Polokus or Polukus?

Yes, the R is just the font. And I already stated the other one, heh.
No doubt.Jman wrote:Well that's because apple is perfect.

Re: Polokus or Polukus?
You're probably right. It just reminds me of those noobs in Raymanzone who write rayman...
Re: Polokus or Polukus?
I don't see any harm in writing Rayman.

Re: Polokus or Polukus?

He's talking about writing it with a lowercase, not uppercase, R...

Re: Polokus or Polukus?
Oh right. Only noobs write it like that.
Re: Polokus or Polukus?
Well, not only noobs, but all noobs do write it like that.
Re: Polokus or Polukus?
Aren't all noobs only noobs?
Re: Polokus or Polukus?
I meant that some decent members write it in lower case, but all noobs write it in lower case.
Re: Polokus or Polukus?
Especially flyingrabbids...
Re: Polokus or Polukus?
Well he is a dish so that's nothing new.
Re: Polokus or Polukus?
You are right.
Re: Polokus or Polukus?
Oi! Leave Flyingrabids alone.
Re: Polokus or Polukus?
flyingrabids is a very funny guy at RZ..
Re: Polokus or Polukus?

Re:
Actually, I like it like that. It makes Rayman's title stand out in a non-generic way.Xenon09 wrote:That happened with Rayman Hoodlums Revenge.Jman wrote:It is really funny when you find typo's in games and other major productions.
- Rayman should be capitalised - that's an obvious...
- Hoodlum's? There is more than one Hoodlum so it should be Hoodlums'.

Hehe, yeah. So many spelling mistakes. You know, I actually noticed a grave mistake in one of Ubi's games' Dutch translation. In Prince of Persia: Warrior Within there's actually a part Dutch and a part German, while it should all be Dutch
They probably made a mistake with 'Dutch' and 'Deutch', two completely different languages.

Re: Polokus or Polukus?
Yeah I remember that part in POPWW, the whole Dutch translation in that game was too horrible..
Re: Polokus or Polukus?
polokus i read it on a website.Rayeli wrote:'Polukus' is predominantly used in my R2 copy for N64, but in at least one instance his name was spelled 'Polokus'. I'm don't know about the spelling in other story mode varieties, so is it Polokus or Polukus?
imo, Polokus just sounds better
plus i played it some time ago and it said polokus.
