Yeah, it's not hard. It's just a pattern that is repeatedly tiled.

Ask the creator of this skin by clicking on this forum's copyright link and I'm sure you hear a different response, because creating graphics like the sun in the forum header takes more time than you think.

He does. But he should convert his old skins to the new phpBB3 system.
