The Assassin's Creed Topic

Post by Droolie »

Hello there!

You all know the upcoming ubisoft game Assassin's Creed? If not, click this link:
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=sWfi9NTxyOU

I'm a Assassin's Creed fan since the first video for it was shown ( teaser ). That video was great, but not as great as the final game will be.
Then a gameplay video was shown ( first at E3 2006 ), which I liked a lot, really! Then a video at Ubidays, which I liked too.
Now, the new E3 2007 video ( link above ) came. After watching this video, I felt like... like... this could be the best game ever made! Even better than Rayman! I am so totally going to buy this game. Sadly, I don't have a PS3/Xbox 360. I do have a PC, but it's old, and can't even play R3 properly.
So I'm just getting a new PC this december. Just for that game. But of course, it would be nice for other games too ^^

Anyway, anybody else here like AC? Discuss!

Yeah, I like it, I haven't played it, but I have seen a lot of the gameplay videos. It looks a great game, and Altair is cool too. :)

If you like this type of games, it is probably good, but I think on buying console for Sonic Unleashed instead. Have you seen this video with horse with floating legs?

The Assassin's Creed Topic

Post by beebo44 »

I don't know why a thread for this hasn't been made until now, but it's here now, so don't stress lovers of the creed! Talk about anything relating to Assassin's Creed! I don't know what else to say...let the games begin! Wrong topic.

Fuck yeah, the AC III protagonist has the same name, same spelling as my 'brother.'

In other news, While I found Brotherhood to still retain a strong atmosphere and quite a high level of interest, Revelations kind of bored me. Aside from the awesomely improved fighting and hookblade, it felt like they didn't really try for the last 2/3 of the game.

It's Tobbe that despises AC, not I. I liked AC1 and 2. Though I'm not buying Brotherhood or Revelations.

He does? That's interesting, I don't recall him mentioning it. Well, shut the fuck up, Tobbe...? :paranormal:

Well he hates the story at least.

Also, never played Ass Creed myself. I really do want to try out the second one though, people say that's the best one.

It definitely is; it's one of my top three games of all time. Even if you're confused by and not incredibly interested in the historical part of the story, following Ezio's timeline is just as much of an adventure.
