Thank you but you made a mistake: the bottom color of the first and the third ones should have been #282E22, not #2C3224.

My mistake. It's actually the 25th pixel line from the top of the picture (line 24) that should be #282E22, because the rest is hidden (don't ask me why again). Sorry
By the way, I'm dealing with the index page right now, adding more contrast. Someplease make me two gradients so we can see if the new colour scheme is better: 5*92px from #12160F (top) to #14190E (bottom) and 5*199px from #1E2418 (top) to #12160F (bottom). Thank you!

Thank you, now the index is like you advised us to make it. I've just corrected two mistakes (labels in forms were black on mouse over and so were the names of the fields in users' profiles), and I'm gonna try to add right and left borders to the forum list.
By the way, don't make the two tabs pictures again, I'll give you new instructions later about them. Now I must know if there's something else to change in the color scheme of the index page.

Yeah, awesome idea! Of course the luminosity would be higher for unread topics, and the colour would change depending on whether it's an announcement, a sticky or a regular topic

It's awesome ^^ Now, you remember the tabs? Well the second one is fine but the first and the third ones (which are the same) have to be changed. Now, the 25th pixel line from the top of the picture (line 24) must be #171B14. You can continue the gradient after it, but I doubt it's possible to see the lower part anywhere.
