Re: Halo 3
Of course the computers are better.
At least they CAN be upgraded, unlike the game consoles.
PCs now have Quad-Core Processors.. and... OMFG... the game consoles have single? O_O How dissapointing.

My computer is from January 2003. I didn't change a thing, accept the cooler (it was broken)

Re: Halo 3
I found that out a day or two ago when someone corrected me... though it ain't quad...
PS3 uses a server processor, which won't work well for gamming for sure.
The Wii, not sure about its processor.

Re: Halo 3
I wished the Wii had a more powerful graphics card (or what ever the Wii uses). Its graphics seem out dated already.

Bought it. Completed it. Enjoyed it. Now trying the 'Heroic' difficulty. Very good game. I would recommend it.

Re: Halo 3
I don't care for Halo. I never saw why it was so far and above every other first-person shooter. (That means online, too. Unreal Tournament has much funner online play in my opinion.)
Anyways, the Wii isn't a lot more powerful than the Xbox 1, though would you rather have not-as-fancy graphics with awesome gameplay or amazing graphics with lackluster gameplay? (Crysis comes to mind for the latter, even though Crytek did an excellent job with 2004's Far Cry.) That's the Wii's central idea and Nintendo clearly stated several times during the console's development that they were focusing far more on creating a unique form of gameplay rather than all the top-of-the-line technology. (Plus it would keep production costs lower and allow Nintendo to charge so little for the console, and that sure worked--there is still a great shortage and people are swallowing opportunities to get one as soon as they see one. Christmas at a store up here: Set 20-25 Wii consoles out and all were sold in 45 minutes.)
