Re: Introducing topic
I suffer what I call the 'canary effect'. If the room is dark, I won't wake up.
Re: Introducing topic
Is that a good or bad thing?
Re: Introducing topic
I don't know, but I didn't get up till 12:30 today.
Re: Introducing topic
Oh I woke up at like 4:30 am.

Re: Introducing topic
We HAVE to get up at 6:30 AM every single day in hostel. Guy comes in, turns on all the lights in the room, and shouts the wake-up call....I hate weekday mornings
Re: Introducing topic
That really sucks. I usually don't wake up for a bit later.

Re: Introducing topic
I need to get a real alarm clock so I can retrain myself to wake up at certain times. I used to be able to wake up at 6:00 A.M. all by myself.
Re: Introducing topic
I can wake up whenever I want, I just don't decide to wake up early

Re: Introducing topic
I just need to learn to wake up before noon on my own. At least 8 or 9 in the morning would be nice.
Re: Introducing topic
Yeah, that is when I would like to wake up. But sense I got school I have to wake up at 7.

Re: Introducing topic
I wish I could let my brain go on lazy mode.

Re: Introducing topic
Trust me, you don't want that....it's hard to train it for 'school' or 'work' mode all over again

Re: Introducing topic
I agree with you: it's always better to have something to do.

Re: Introducing topic
I'm probably gonna train myself for two different modes so that one the weekday I don't sleep my days away, and on the weekends I have more stamina to stay up longer to chat with Zay-el.
Re: Introducing topic
You should install a switch into your arm that allows you to switch modes.
