Re: Ranks
Some people do. My friend called him an overrated blue frog who can't control himself with the plum juice. I don't think he's overrated. Globox is awesome. The game wouldn't be the same without that one particular character who is clumsier than the rest of the crew. It just adds that right taste to it.Luckster_Gal wrote:Who could possibly NOT like Globox? D8

Re: Ranks
He wasn't always nearly as crazy and clumsy. In Rayman 2, his silliness was balanced with his naive nature. In Rayman 3, he's just plain stupid.Brayissimo wrote:Some people do. Re: Ranks
I wished they hadn't taken away Globox's powers in Rayman 3.

Very true... I wonder what happened to his very little matureness? (if that's even a word) Did he get struck by lightning or something?Luckster_Gal wrote:He wasn't always nearly as crazy and clumsy. In Rayman 2, his silliness was balanced with his naive nature. In Rayman 3, he's just plain stupid.
Re: Ranks
No, he could produce lightning remember.

Re: Ranks
Yeah, that was cool... and I agree with you. I wish they didn't take away his powers in Rayman 3... Well, maybe they DIDN'T take them away. He just doesn't use them... Who knows?

Re: Ranks
He probably did something similar, since he DID achieve the title '#2 Greatest Enemy'
In R2, though he was scared easily, I liked that I really could believe he was a father, and had a little hidden courage to him...I mean, when the kids were caught, he went after them ALONE! That's something, ain't it?

Re: Ranks
He did? D: I haven't gotten that far yet. Man, I really need to finish R2 now, so I can see how Globox really is. I haven't even passed Tomb of the Ancients yet. He sounds like a lot sweeter fellow in R2.

Re: Ranks
Globox can summon clouds to rain on pirates and plants, but he doesn't use this power in Rayman 3

Confusion sets in....I was talkin about Rayman there XPLuckster_Gal wrote:Was it really electrical powers? I assumed his powers were simply the element of light itself. If he could produce lightning, he shouldn't be able to get electrocuted.

Re: Ranks
I guess Rayman's element is light... His name is Rayman after all. (also with the light spheres in Rayman 2) But remember grappling Rayman? I guess you would consider that as electricity.... When he grabs on to something with the grappling and shocks them.Luckster_Gal wrote:Was it really electrical powers? I assumed his powers were simply the element of light itself. Re: Ranks
*sigh* Guess you're right... Although, it would be cool if Ray had the ability to summon lightning.

Re: Ranks
That would be a great temporary power to add in Rayman 4
Re: Ranks
Yeah they need something to replace the power cans.
