Basically he didn't suck up to Ms K. :|

Unfortunately the majority of candidates for new mods are now idiots...

And Newray KIK join the club and actually congratulations, good move IMO.

Now only Anti remains. Wow, Kleaneasy sure is popular, years of harmony and now look.

Edit: Just saw your post, you are exactly right. Our community seems to be part of a fascist regime led by a muggle version of Mrs Umbrage. :|

What were they saying about my banning in the mod forum, by the way?

I've been hacked before, it's no problem really. Sure, it pisses you off when Ubi tell you that it was your fault for getting hacked instead of theirs for not backing up their forum for six months, but in the end you get over the fact that the majority of them are idiots, and hey, soon as they take your powers away, you get to ask them to do all of your jobs for you, no matter how long the list.

hey man, YOU were the one who gave me a bad time about the hacking. DX I still can't figure out how they got in. I've been over my computer 5 times with spyware checker, and two different virus checkers!

For that I just quote ms-k, copied from a recent PM about how the Ubisoft community council (dictator) should handle RZ.. "The short version .... abuse to members and staff, an absolute refusal to work within the rules we are supposed to uphold, constantly undermining fellow moderator/s and management etc etc". And that's exactly the same reason for me. I just don't know what's their problem as a guideline is meant as a guideline and not as a stupid list of rules made up by a higher up that every one has to follow if they won't want to risk on being (perma)banned. Let's quote Anti about it too, taken from the same PM even more recent.. "Hey guys - wow. I guess I've been gone for longer than I thought. Well, I just thought I'd thank you for you consideration when discussing moderation over the RZ boards. I know it's nearly a month late, but I thought I'd just chime in. To be quite honest, as much as I appreciate the RZ community and hold some fond memories from it, I honestly do not have enough time to be a part of it right now.... as can be seen by my late response. College, school, sports, and more college. But anyways, I hope to see it excel! If you ever need any help or second opinions in the future, feel free to contact me." and "I'm actually going into college next year, but right now, it's been nothing but prep, prep, prep for it, so it's consumed me. Hah. But I enjoy it. I might drop by here a little more often and holler at everyone. Does Xei still drop by?".

As you see Anti became a very busy guy but surely cares about the community when he has the time. So Luckster, you're still on your own.. :?

Hm what PM was that then?

And Luckster, I didn't give you a hard time about it, I just tried to tell you that it was you who got hacked, but you reacted very negatively to that... so did Ms K, she asked the community for info and I clearly have extensive experience with KRZK. I told her what I was 99% sure what was correct and had now been proven to be correct, but she still maintains I have no idea what I'm talking about (for instance she claimed that I was wrong when I said that the fact that your account had been used to edit an old post to contain a message from KRZK was evidence that you had been hacked). Actually it would appear to be her who doesn't understand the situation even now, she recently told me that I was an idiot for not thinking they'd extensively looked at the logs and knew exactly what had happened, but according to a recent post in RZ she hadn't noticed when looking at the logs that about 60% of the forum was deleted before the backup.

Basically Luckster, the last time KRZK hacked, and the time before, they sent us a private message with a link to a message on RZ. However we had to relog in before viewing the topic, although we didn't suspect anything at the time because Groupee times you out after a while. However the login page was actually a fake one hosted by KRZK. I told Ms K this but apparently you didn't get the memo. :\

But yeah, that's how they did it before, check your browser history (I told Ms K to tell you to do that too...). You might well find an abandoned old web page.

my history is history. Cleaned out everything after the hacking.

I don't recall being directed to any off-site page from RZ so it still baffles me.

Oh well...I just want this behind me so I can get back to doing my job. Hopefully without any harassment from other members.

Well they disguise it to look exactly like the forums and give it a similar URL, you wouldn't have noticed it.

Yeah just your standard Groupee login page. I logged in and then my browser continued to the topic the person claimed to have linked me to.

UbiRazz or another CM should definitely have warned you that might happen due to our past record, it really was a severe oversight on their behalf.

I been directed to a login page a LONG time ago, but it was an obvious fake. I cleaned all my internet information out and did virus scans afterwards.

I never was linked to one similar again.

I've been victim of fake login pages on other sites so I know what to look for.

Really? :paranormal: I don't remember using that trick twice... wasn't it the keylogger before the fake login page? :pardon:

Damn, surely RZ is going down hill, sadly. This is very sad, and RZ was my first forum ever. If some members remember, I was Sumo_066 haha. My account is still alive. Anyways, I think what Ms. Klenesy did was fucked up, unmodding ray. I guess admins do not value their members opponions, nor do they care how badly their forum is doing. Luckster, I really think its not worth it to stay there.I guess your only staying there to make your dream a reality, I respect that.

I thought I would like ms. kleenE-Z, but now I don't. :grrrrrr: :tssk: Lol a muggle version of ms. Umbrage, haha.

MS KLEEN E-Z CASTS FIRAGA ON --- *can't use this ability, only can wield an axe and use berserk and miss 9/10 times*

Apparently I'm THE most valuable member to my bosses. I've threatened to leave a few times now and they've begged me to stay. I dunno what they see in me.

I've noticed that admin, Ms K, seemed to be a stuck up type of person.. after seen she basically edited out the content on a lot of your posts that I didn't get to read, but I knew what subject you were going on. Then also editing out names you mentioned.

Kind of a retarded admin in my opinion, if she wanted the content removed, why not just delete the whole post? Seriously, removing what you said and having "*EDIT* - Content removed" in its place is pointless. :mefiant:

I don't think the RZ admins will EVER get to understanding anything at all, to be honest.

And Luckster, they probably see you as the only moderator around. :|

it's really strange...I was told NOT to do that...if it's a bad post, it's kinda gonna be needed to remain as proof of it, for whatever reason...editing it out erases evidence of negative activity.

Exactly. We here, at least keep the content, and if we needed, we'd save it somewere and it be hidden away if Hunchman feels to not have in on these forum areas. Posts like that as you say contain evidence of negative activity. Also a reason to keep a post too is for the IP too.

Face it... Ms K isn't really seem to follow through with her own rules and doesn't really care for the forums like how a real admin would..
