actually, it's very difficult to just suddenly convert to vegetarian since your body has become accustomed to eating meat every now and then in order to get protein. Also if meat is a normal part of the diet, you'll crave it a lot if you suddenly drop it entirely from your diet.

My mother kinda forced me to do this... Of course, it probably won't last forever. And before this ever happened, I rarely even ate meat
