Polokus is awfully hot. He even has something that looks like boobs.

Ew.

Yowza, great job on Polokus. I never tried to draw him yet... I probably should soon. I dunno why, but lately, I've been finding drawing a bit harder than usual. I guess it's all this school stress... Normally I draw every night, but I kind of gave up and played video games instead... :oops2:

Thank you. :3

Polokus was in fact very easy to draw, except for his arms. They ended up looking like spagetthi.

*dumps more sketch-junk at you*

You're getting better at drawing the Ray ;) And that Polokus drawing is fantastic.

I also saw this on your blog, and along with your other sketches I'm really impressed. Honestly Lime, you are really good for 15.

Now I feel flattered... x]
I'm just very absorbant and a very quick learner. ^^;

That's one of my favourite sketches as well, in terms of expressions and interaction, sorta. I am especially fond of Murfy's angry/annoyed expression.

Heheh... Like everyone else, I agree. You really are talented for your age... VERY. And unfortunatly for me, I'm not a quick learner... People say I'm good for my age, but I completely disagree... You beat my by a landslide... :) Wait till my school friends see you. They'll be flabbergasted.

But you are good for your age! Keep in mind I'm a bit older than you, you still have some years to learn on. :3

André the black lum.

So, what's with all the Rayman-sketches recently?
Well, I've decided to create a B/C-rp-shop on gaia, based on Rayman's world, because there wasn't anyone like that and I felt that it would be cool.
It's still under some heavy planning, though I know what I want and how to do it and just need to get all the stuff written out and the artwork and graphics done. I'd love to hear some feedback though, from someone who actually knows the series. I've taken some artistic liberties with this and that to make it more exciting as a B/C-rp, and easier to understand for potential rp-ers who don't know the series that well. So, if you're a Gaia-user, then feel free to check out my interest thread in the link below. (and if you're not on Gaia, you won't be able to view it. Terribly sorry, but there's nothing I can do about that. I'll still post most of my artwork here, though, so you can see that anyways~)

Edit: Silly me forgot to add the link. Here it is: Image Because I haven't had time to create any nicer buttons yet.

Very nice images, Limely... Unfortunatly, I don't have a Gaia account, but anyhow... Good luck with that interest club.

well, now that i'm home, where it's not blocked, i decided to take a look. scrolling down the page, my immediate reaction was: "Yikes! What the?". apart from that, they all look really good. except Ly looks odd somehow...i don't quite know why. why is ly so hard to draw? i've tried myself and...it's frustrating.

Ly looks odd, I noticed so myself too. Her head is too big. Or, I always tend to draw heads a bit bigger than they should be, but in that one, it is gianormous. There's something odd about her facial structure as well, her feet look a bit stiff, and there's something odd about the hip area. :3 But it's just a sketch so I won't bother correcting those flaws unless I decide to finish it.

Being able to point out your own mistakes without letting them bring you down is the first step towards improving.

it's still a nice picture though. oh, but if you can, try getting rid of those lines that you draw around the head to begin with. like, the ones that go around the head and are used as a reference point for where everything goes (did that make sense?). that's if you can, i know sometimes rubbing out lines can be a pain.

Ahaha, I know, but I'm not going to bother getting rid of those in pencil sketches, unfortunately. That's what I ink for, to get rid of the unneccesary reference-lines. It's a lot easier than erasing them away. |3
