Re: Rayman 2
Okay. BACK ON TOPIC!
In my opinion, the perfect Rayman 2 should be like this:
Main Menu - DC version.
Number of lums - 1000
Level design - PS2 version (Secret Places)/DC version (Order).
Hub - PS2 version.
Voice acting - Rayman, Ly, Globox, Clark and the guardians - PS1 version. Polokus, Jano, Razorbeard, Cabin Boy, the general and others - PS2 version. Sound quality - PS1 version.
Language selection - PS2 version.
Minigames - Bsoccer, Bdisc, Dogfight and 2D Rayman.
Special effects - DC version.
Power upgrade - PS2 version.
Final Boss battle - Part 1, all versions. Part 2, PS1 version (followed by a scene where the Grolgoth gets stuck). Part 3, all other versions.
Vibration - PS1 version.
Extra Bosses - Ninjaws, Biditank, Chenille and Grolem 13
All different enemy types.
Unlockable Rain Mask and Lums Radar.

Re: Rayman 2
it's Boss Chenille by the way. ("n" rather than "r")

Re: Rayman 2
The levels should be from the PC version, at least they aren't screwed up like they are in the PS2 version.

Re: Rayman 2
The level design in the PS2 version isn't that bad, but i like the DC level deign better. I've seen some videos at Youtube with R2DC gameplay.

Re: Rayman 2
Nothing. After playing Rayman Revolution, i actually changed my mind. The levels in this game has more secrets. But the level order should be like in the DC version. No screwed up levels.

Re: Rayman 2
And the console the ultimate Rayman 2 should be for is the Wii (And you can use the Gamecube controller to play it), why dont you give your ideas for the ultimate Rayman 2 to Ubisoft?

Re: Rayman 2
I don't know about the Wii. I would be better if all versions of the original Rayman 2 had been like this. And i can't give my ideas to Ubisoft, because i can't even log in at RZ! But i would really like to find a way to tell them about my Rayman 4 ideas.

Re: Rayman 2
I'm very surprised no one commented about my post on how to defeat the ninja pirates in the ps2 version as if no one knew that...

Re: Rayman 2
After watching another of Saestrols videos, i've changed my mind again. The level design in level 1 should be like the DC version. There is this awesome secret place full of glutes. You can go around and chat with them. Most of them are kids, but there is an adult glute too.

That's Globox village, which I've been trying to describe for a while. I see Sae's finally uploaded a video of it, kudos to him. =D
