When i've seen a japanese programe long ago, the story's villian looked exactly like Mr dark himself! But with white cloves and he used them to hypnotise people.

Lookin' like only differences between Saturn one and PS1 one were S version could have better resolution and effects at endings of levels. (One in hub was also on PS1.)
