Re: Rayman 2
Well, Rayman is both about magic and coolness. It's like a fairy tale world, but with lots of ass-kicking, teknology, modernised language and some mythology.Phoenixan wrote:What do you mean? Fairies? Bzzit seemed kind of... random.

I didn't think it was that bad. Rayman advance on the other hand... aaaaaa GBA ports suck.Phoenixan wrote:The GBC edition BUURRRRNNNEEEDD. X_____X
Re: Rayman 2
The Rayman portable game I'd support the most would be Rayman 3 for the GBA really, which was pretty much a portable 2D version of Rayman 2 with hoodlums added. lol I also liked it because at the end, it was almost like Globox telling and adding to the story.

Re: Rayman 2
The only thing that sucks is they removed a lot of things and moved the cages around in some levels...and the music makes my ears bleed. Otherwise, I still play it. 83StaceyW wrote:I didn't think it was that bad. Rayman advance on the other hand... aaaaaa GBA ports suck.Phoenixan wrote:The GBC edition BUURRRRNNNEEEDD. X_____X

I usually don't play it just because I have the PC version, and I can play it in a window via DOSBox. It's great to hear the CD music.Luckster wrote:The only thing that sucks is they removed a lot of things and moved the cages around in some levels...and the music makes my ears bleed. There were 2 completely new tracks in Rayman Advance.
Back to R2:
Do you think UbiSoft planned makin' an add-on?

There are fairies. It's not like Shrek, but the magic forests and music and stuff...FAB wrote:A Fairy tale world??? Not really...R4_121 wrote:Well, Rayman is both about magic and coolness. Re: Rayman 2
There is a port of the N64 version (Why not some other version instead?) of Rayman 2 for the DS.
Re: Rayman 2
Really? Thats a bit odd.....
Re: Rayman 2
I really like Rayman 2. It was the first Rayman game I bought, and I got it on the Playstation.
Years later, I discover that the other versions (except for the GBC version) are actually better. I realise that levels of the game were removed (Sanctuary of Water and Ice, Top of the World) and abilities as well (climb between 2 walls, powerfist, accelerate on a shell).
But I still like it. I recently finished it and discovered it is probably the only version which allows you to play the beta demo if you complete it.
Rayman 2 rocks!

Re: Rayman 2
Oh yeah.
I forgot to mention that I am considering doing a 2D rebirth of Rayman 2. The GBC version wasn't all that great, so I'd like to try and make a better 2D version.
It will have all the levels that Rayman 2 has, all the powers, secret passages, and maybe even all the mini-games as well.
I'll probably call it either "Rayman Advance 2" or "Rayman 2 advanced"
If anyone can assist the development of it, please let me know.

Don't double post please.
Re: Rayman 2
Double posting is acceptable if done with a good reason, but it's better to edit posts
Re: Rayman 2
Just in case, maybe this new member doesn't EVEN though what the word edit means or he/she didn't notice it. Sorry if i got that wrong Marley.
When i first joined RZ i didn't know what the word "edit" meant myself.
EDIT: Back on topic.

Marley seems like a decent member so I'm sure his intentions weren't to spam. I wonder if he is a Raymanzoner.

If you ask me, then he/she is.
