Re: What languages do you speak/you would like to learn?
Yeah, it comes from the French word chœur. I can't help thinking about Clemenceau's quote right now xD Anyway, I'd like to be better at Italian and German, so I guess I'll have to study again ^^
Re: What languages do you speak/you would like to learn?
I know some German. It's actually a fairly easy language to learn once you've understood the rules and conditions. Italien - I don't know. I only know one word, but it seems similar to Spanish? Perhaps I'm wrong with that...
And what's with œ? lol, it looks like some disfigured letter in the shape of an 'e'.

I'm being reminded of that old joke;
Why does the Frenchman only eat one egg?
Because one's un oeuf!

Like pancakes, but thinner. I had one when I was in Blackpool with whipped cream and maple syrup and it was numnumz.

*stomach growls*
French food is generally very num. I made a sort of apple-pie-tart some days ago. The recipe said it was a French pie-thing.
Nothing look French when I've made it though. It just looks Norwegian and clutzy. )B But it tasted very nice.

It look me like 30 seconds to figure out that the pronunciation of un œuf was barely similar to the one of enough xD I'm not used to pronouncing French words with an English accent actually ^^StaceyW wrote:I'm being reminded of that old joke;

I could spend my whole life eating them xDStaceyW wrote:Croissants and crêpes FTW.

Crêpes with melted chocolate... I ate one of those every day when I was in Paris a couple of years ago.

Re: What languages do you speak/you would like to learn?
You know what else I really really love? CHOCOLATE ECLAIRS AND PROFITEROLES! Holy shit, they are so delicious, can't believed I never ate them in the past. The thing is though, along with garlic bread, they give me the stomach ache from HELL!
Re: What languages do you speak/you would like to learn?
I used to crave garlic bread, but now I really dislike the stuff. I'm unsure why.
And whenever someone mentions profiteroles I get hungry. I adore them.

I've never tasted garlic bread, but I think I'd like it. And of course, I just love profiteroles and chocolate éclairs
