I guess the got tired of having to deal with PHPBB while the rest of their forums were on groupee.

Ubi have enough money already. Them doing this has ruined the franchise for them, and has made them less financially well-off

They didn't
deal with the phpBB forum at all actually. It was never backuped and the admins were terribly inactive. But I'll admit that the first admin was very good, judging by the style of the forum.
