Re: Rayman 3
I always called it the underwater spider because it was easier to spell than Celoche.
Re: Rayman 3
I think it's pronounced 'Si-losh-ay' if anyone's wondering the pronounciation. He was my favorite boss in the game, I think.
Re: Rayman 3
My favourite one is when you fight reflux in the desert of the knarran.
Re: Rayman 3
Yeah, I agree. His music was also better than the other bosses stuff.Xenon09 wrote:I think it's pronounced 'Si-losh-ay' if anyone's wondering the pronounciation. He was my favorite boss in the game, I think.
Re: Rayman 3
I like the theme too. This is my fav boss in the LOTLD.

But yeah, his music was awesome, much like most of the other music in TLOTLD.
Re: Rayman 3
I loved the music in LOTLD. The piano in it was exquisite.

Re: Rayman 3

It hasn't got a very straightforward beat to it.

Re: Rayman 3
Sounds like something one could do pressups to, I suppose O_o
Re: Rayman 3
Why does the hoodstomper keep saying "yeah" or "ah, yeah" and that in such a gangster sort of way? It sounds stupid, especially during a fight.

Re: Rayman 3
I've never noticed that. What i'd like to know is why the Hoodoos laugh evilly....when they die.
Re: Rayman 3
I'm sorry to break it to you, but the "Yeah" thing happens to be part of the music sound file. :\

I'm sorry to break you, but it is translated into something other. AND, at end of battle it screams something similar.

Maybe because they manage to escape.Holy Crap wrote:I've never noticed that. What i'd like to know is why the Hoodoos laugh evilly....when they die.
Re: Rayman 3
I think they're just stupid enough to think that they can win any fight and laugh like that without realising their dead.Holy Crap wrote:I've never noticed that. What i'd like to know is why the Hoodoos laugh evilly....when they die.
Pheonixian: Part of music? Oh......
Re: Rayman 3
I never really imagined it as a laugh at all, and certainly not an evil laugh. I just saw it as the noise they make when they're destroyed. In any case, most of the Hoodlums do make strange noises when they're defeated.Holy Crap wrote:I've never noticed that. What i'd like to know is why the Hoodoos laugh evilly....when they die.
Re: Rayman 3
Yesterday I went to a friends house and we played and recorded a remix of the music from "The Longest Shortcut" on an electric piano.
It was super awesome, and if I can manage to extract a recording of the tune from the piano's database, I'll post it.

Re: Rayman 3
For some stupid reason, when i first played Rayman 3 and encountered the underwater robot thing in the LOTLD, i called it the starnic. Even though it has nothing to do with stars. I was about 8 years old then. And pretty clueless.
