Uh, i got one: The Andynator.

It's a huge armored tank, with giant arms that can CRUSH and DESTROY :twisted:
And it's armed with a huge canon at the top. Before fighting it, you'll have to defeat a hoodlum, who's carrying a lockjaw can. Then the battle will begin. Use the lockjaw to get to the top of the huge machine. It has a weakpoint. It's located at the top of the huge canon. Use the lockjaw to shock it. After it has lost 1/6 of it's life, it will shake you off, and you'll have to repeat the procedure. After losing 3/6 of it's life, the Andynator will start to use the canon against Rayman. This will make it harder to get to the top. When it's defeated, Rayman will yell: "YAAAAHOOOO!! IN YER' FACE!!!!"

My Hoodoomaster boss:

It looks like a normal hoodoo, but with red eyes, a purple robe, a purple hat and armed with explosive cocktails (the bombs that the hoodbooms use in combat).
The battle starts with a cutscene:

*the hoodoo them plays*
Hoodoomaster: Rahahahaha!
*two hoodoos appear beside the master and then disappears after a few seconds*

Now the battle starts. While it rapidly bombards you with exploosive cocktails, hit it, only to find out that it's protected by a hoodoo. And that hoodoo is also protected by another hoodoo. While the first hoodoo is protecting the master for a few seconds, the master himself will run towards you. Keep at bay to avoid contact with the shield formed by the first hoodoo. Now hit the that hoodoo to make the other one appear. Defeat it like a normal hoodoo. When both hoodoo's are down, hit the master with a fully loaded fist. Repeat the whole process 4 times.

My boss idea:

The head of Moskito, the body of Mr Stone, the feet of Mr Sax, the hand(holding the rolling pin) of Space Mama and the claw of Mr Skops.

Defeating this boss(who I call Mr Mospaxtonops(Moskito+Space Mama+Mr Sax+Mr Stone+Mr Skops)) would involve dodging lasers from the rolling pin, hopping over Skops's claw, ducking those lasers mr stone shoots from his chest, running under the boss as it jumps with sax's feet, and all the while trying to punch moskito's head...
