I don't get angry very often... When I do though it's like an extremely sudden explosion, surprising both me and everyone else, and then it all vanishes again just as fast as it came... :confus: Usually because I start laughing, realising the stupidity in the situation, lal.

As many people say - I admit that I'm an ass. I just can't laugh off my mistakes.Then it weighs down on me for the rest of the day. Damnit, I have GOT to learn to relax! DX

I'm able to control my temper much better on the internet (Although I still have my fits). Just by chatting on some sites- I think it should help teach me how I SHOULD react in a situation.

They key is not to be annoyed if someone insult you. Instead, try to be more annoying than that person. Like me, when i say that Matyuv has beated the world record in saying retarded stuff. XD
I got the feeling that i end up at HC's boon scale soon.

I find trying to humiliate the bully is the best solution. I used this method about 3 years ago when I was having troubles...

6 years in Public Primary School gave me about 43 fights. 1 year in Private Lower Secondary School, none.

Yes indeed. It can often turn the tide of a fight if you pretend you're going to kick somebody in the balls, so that they lower their hands protectively, giving you a chance to knock their head off.

Psychology is key.
