Well....I just beat the final boss in R2 GBC......and saw the ending.......gayest shit ever.

Yup, it's a mask. But the game artists were too lazy change the look of the mask for each cut-scene.

Dingo Pictures are this German "animation studio" that make the most hilariously bad cartoons ever, mostly ripping off Disney movies. Look up Dingo pictures or Phoenix games on Youtube.
