I don't have that problem, maybe it's just your computer. My problem is that i can't log into any phpbb2 forums.

Well a message pops up asking if your username and password should be remembered, you probably clicked no.

That's not what i mean, when i type my username and password and then click "login" it just refreshes.

Well, PC used to be powered by phpBB2.

Well, it was powered by phpBB3 as well. Or maybe an older version of it?
