The rabbids were designed to be stupid, so even if Rayman was a God they'd still plan to kill him - added to which they're filled with hatred.
But the RRR games suck and have no real plot anyway...

I'm pretty sure it's referring to the Teensie doctors. It mentions Rayman being moved around, so that's where I got the link. Quite difficult though and I could be wrong, translators suck!

Look at the second-last paragraph. If this site got this info from an official source, then there is a powerful being called Palmito in Rayman's world, and he could be one of numerous gods.

I doubt whether it's official information. There's nothing in the Rayman 3 game (or manual) to suggest it, and I doubt such info could be acquired anywhere on the net.

It could have been on the R3 official site. The R3 official site has some information that's not in the game, the manual, nothing but the site...

It sure is official, as it was on the Rayman 3 official website As concerns the Italian text, I'm not fluent in this language but I've studied it for a long time and I understand the text all right, so I might translate it when I have time.
Anyway, it says that Griskins were turned into ghosts by the spirit of the Great Palmito, who was disturbed by their unceasing racket. He also sent them to the Land of the Livid Dead, where they wouldn't disturb anyone.

Okay then, we've established that there's a spirit-thing that commited genocide on the Griskins. And its name is Palmito. So it could be a god, right? There are other gods than Polokus(who spent most of R2 meeting with them).
