And they can jump high. And at the end of that first part, yousee him fall in the hole, stop for a second thinking it's over then suddenly he leaps out at you!

I think it's a pity that none of the Rayman characters are REALLY scary. It makes enemies kinda scary when they try to eat you, are big and are ugly, but none of the Rayman characters are genuinely frightening.

I think that the scariest game character is the Nihilanth, the final enemy of Half-Life 1. It's like this: you spend quite a while fighting your way through enemies and going through portals, getting transported to various parts of the alien world named Xen. You keep hearing this deep, murmuring voice saying weird things. Finally, you find yourself an a rock, floating in an abyss. There are a bunch of other rocks, one of which has a red portal on it. You jump into the portal, there are flashes of red light, then darkness. Suddenly, the targeting reticule of your gun moves upwards, and you realize that there is actually a huge enemy towering above you...then the lights go on, and there is the Nihilanth. If you haven't seen the Nihilanth, believe me, you will never understand the meaning of the words "disturbing", "scary" and "fucked up".

I wish Rayman enemies were like that...

Space Mama scares me because shes so hard to beat and she makes a weird noise when blasting her laser!

Oh and I'm scared of the zombie chickens in Rayman 3 I screamed when i first saw them!

The Knarren were really scary until they had a conversation in the middle of a level...

"Hey! Are you going to the big party on Saturday?"
"I'd love to come, but my dad won't let me. He's in a bit of a bad mood."

They stilll scare me though...

I loved that level. A lot of people hated it, but I find it a gem to the Rayman games.
