It's quite easy to differentiate Dutch and German though. In French, it would translate into Communauté Pirate, but well, it's called Pirate-Community though

Well, U.S. and France are exceptions. Nobody speaks English there.

French remains a widespread language all over the world, and very few French people find it important to learn a foreign tongue. The situation is even worse in the US though, due to the incontestable worldwide hegemony of English nowadays.
