and there was Flips (from the TV show) at the start??

You only saw her for a few seconds before the race started, looked just like Flips from the TV series to me but do i need to complete the level 100% again to replay it?

Most Rayman 2 levels are easy to max, so you're likely to play the minigame again. And Ludivs are what the fairies were called in the PS1 version.
