They don't sound anything like mosquitoes to me. And they don't look anything like mosquitoes, no wings, no big round eyes, no proboscis. And there are already mosquitoes in R2 that look different.

They were obviously stylised.

I think they're in the same family as the black caterpillars and Chenille. I really don't see what they have to do with mosquitoes at all.

Of course they belong to the same family, but their shape and their noise makes it quite obvious to me. Anyway, if someone has a better suggestion...

The creatures Jesse and I were talking about were the buzzing black things that appeared out of cracks and pits. They're completely black, round and have no nose, so they look nothing like the mosquitoes. Are you referring to another creature?

I'd say, that if those long "things" can be caterpillars, then the round "things" can be mosquitoes too. I mean, it wouldn't make less sense...

He actually said noises. But they are shaped nothing like mosquitoes... Also, they are actually dark purple in the centre.

Hoodlums are the transformation. Black Lums alone are just called Black Lums or Dark Lums.

They're not really a transformation, the black lum is still in there in it's proper form, the hoodlums are just big suits.

I would say it was. They are transformed using Mawpaw fur and when destroyed, become Black Lums again. That's the way I see it.

Mawpaw? Is taht what it's called? But they use more than just that, and the idea of them transforming into it doesn't really make sense to me.

It would make more sense than putting on a Hoodlum suit. How could the Lums possibly control the Heckler, for example?
