Lots of particles are flying around in the LHC. Then, by coincidince, they all happen to collide together in such a way that they form into a winged reptile that uses some kind of flammable gas to breathe fire. It's laughably unlikely, but it is possible. If unlikely things couldn't happen at all, we wouldn't have free will, would we?

You have no idea how particle accelerators work, do you? The scenario you describe is impossible as it defies the laws of physics and chemistry.

Hmm, was that a joke? I'm no physicist, but I'm fully aware any amount of particles can't create flying dragons that breathe fire. If your post was meant as a joke, then I'm sorry, I didn't catch on.
