The story line is the same in the big lines : Robot pirates invade Rayman's world and the inhabitants are enslaved. Rayman needs to save his friends and defeat the robot pirates with help from Polokus.

I never played Revolution tough :P

Aye the voice acting is indeed ass. Rayman should never sound like Fred from Scooby Doo ever. 8(

Um, you do know that Rayman's voice in Revolution is the same as his voice in R3 and RM, right?
And don't...just...don't compare any aspect of a Rayman game to Scooby-doo again...

Now that you mention it, I can see an uncanny voice resemblence! Fred could well have been played by David Gasman too, I guess.

I can't see any resemblance. Especially not with RM- his voice is so....freaky and he says annoying out-of-date puns. *shudder*

Out-of-date puns? As far as I can remember, he doesn't speak at all in Rayman M, only mutters things like 'huuua', or 'owww'. It's really the same in Rayman 3, apart from in the cinematics.

He says stupid things. "ka-la-bunga!" "na-na-nana-na" "muh?" and also a very annoying laugh... :tssk:

No mention of Scooby-doo there, so I doubt it, Xen.

Nonsense. They're forgetting R1 and R2.

That's only the main story though. There are too many differences on a smaller level to say they are both canon.

No, what's wrong with e.g. "UbiSoft Entertainment presents Rayman 2"?

Sorry, I don't see your counter-argument.
