Re: The Gods of Rayman's World
That only works for the PC version.
Re: The Gods of Rayman's World
Correct me if I'm wrong here, but didn't all the Lums come from the heart of the world? If Polokus created the world, would it not make sense that he created the Lums that infest the heart of it?

It would make sense, but sorry, official "World Acknowledgment" says something other.Xenon09 wrote:Correct me if I'm wrong here, but didn't all the Lums come from the heart of the world? If Polokus created the world, would it not make sense that he created the Lums that infest the heart of it?

Yes. I can't quote it, though. Or I can, but in Polish, what would not make sense to most of you.Holy Crap wrote:Yeah, it sys somehwere that some lums came tohether and formed polokus.

Re: The Gods of Rayman's World
By the way, here's the original English text for the story of Griskins:
The mystic Griskins weren't always ghosts. Once, their tribe roamed the Moor and performed their incantations freely. But the Great Spirit Palmito was aggravated by all the racket, so he turned the Griskins into ghosts and confined them to a great tower where their singing wouldn't wake up any more spirits.

Wow! Where does that information appear in the game? I've never seen it.

It's from the official website, in 2002 or 2003.

Re: The Gods of Rayman's World
Something odd:
This is what you find out when you get 1000 lums:
At the beginning, there were the red, blue, purple and yellow lums. Then they focused their power into creating Polokus. Then Polokus created the world and its creatures, but he could not create time, so he went to the place where all the gods of all the worlds meet, and together they created time.
What you find out in the Disk:
At the dawn of time, the gods fought for power over the lums. At this time, the world was as flat as a disk, and the yellow lums came from its centre.
Anyone see something wrong with this? I mean, if the lums created Polokus, what were the lums doing coming out of the centre of the world created by Polokus? And if the gods had all left their own worlds to team up and create time, why did they all go to Polokus's world and start fighting for the lums?
WTF!? D:

Re: The Gods of Rayman's World
I find it confusing : why would the lums wan't to fight their own creation ?

Re: The Gods of Rayman's World
I highly doubt that a minor minigame has any canonical significance whatsoever.
