There is an infinity of formulae that feature Pi... like, the integral of exp(-t²) over R equals the square root of Pi... but mathematically, the definition is the ratio of a circle's circumference to its diameter, that's all.

Well, easy way... try to measure it and you'll see As concerns integrals, you'll study that in maths by a few years.
