It is indeed easy to remember those Hoodlums, or indeed any Rayman character I find. Who do you guys think the mightiest Hoodlum is? I would say the Heckler.

Except for the Master Kaag, the Heckler is the strongest, hence its position in the ranklist.

I would have said Masterkaag, but he controls his attacks by crushing with his fake legs (when he manoeuvres around the arena) - which doesn't really require strength.
