Most of the Matuvu combos require maximum speed when locating them, but they're actually some of the most fun types.
But seriously, the combo in that video really would only take the experienced player... maybe a couple of tries. The harder ones appear in levels like TFC. :P

What's the easiest level to start with if you want to get a super high score in Rayman 3?

I think TLOTLD. Not only is it the best world, in my opinion, it's one of the easiest and has some nice combos. TDOTK is also fairly straightforward apart from part 7.

What happens in part 7? And what are the hardest levels to get a hardcore score in?

What happens in part 7?
Part 7 is home to the dreaded Hoodstormer combo :P Click me to see this combo
There's also the green gem combo, but that's not so difficult.
And what are the hardest levels to get a hardcore score in?
Part 5 TBOM if you're going for the triple Razoff glitch. Part 3 and 6 TBOM are hard too, as well as parts 2 and 3 of TFC, and also parts 1 and 2 of HH. Oh, and all three parts of SBTC are hell.

Damn, I don't get it. How can you kill the Hoodstormers in one charged hit? Why do you hit the Hoodbooms only four times, and not five? And what do you call the lums glitch?

I think I was stuck in part 4 (before you enter Razoff's mansion) because of my crappy keyboard.

Well, there is an automatic glitch that takes one hit from each Hoodstormer, so this is how that's done. The Hoodbooms can be hit as many times as necessary, this won't make any difference so long as they're killed. And the Lums glitch is a glitch that allows multiple Lums to be transformed. As many as 15 can be transformed at one time, but this seldom happens.

For the Razoff glitch... I don't actually know ^_^ I've got the glitch working once, and it seems to involve madly shooting at Razoff on the final charged shot. You'll have to ask Mandm1981 in RaymanZone for a more detailed explanation.

The Razoff glitch would get your scores up with 10 000 points, i believe.

I got a staggering 16,000 points in part 5 thanks to that awesome glitch.

The Razoff Glitch doesn't happen regularly you know, and there are things that must be done in order to trigger it. I'm hardly surprised you've never experienced it. But yeah, I think it appears in every version.

It would be great if there was one in FC, the level in which there is no 'maximum score'.

Does he have a video for it on youtube?

Maybe we should have an article in the wiki for ways to get your high scores up?

No maximum score? Or do you mean we're actually far away from that maximum score? ^^

How can anybody know the maximum score when there are so many potential combos and stuff?
