It must be Kal Ory (Otto) I suppose, considering he's the only doctor that I couldn't make out what was being said. But are you sure about brussel sprouts? This sounds a little peculiar.

Joshua is right ( 1 - beginning, 2 - entrance to the cave of bad dreams, 3 - end of the marshes ), but I think that I am also right when I say the Menhir Hills.
( 1 - entrance, 2 - close to where you meet clark, 3 - where you dive in with the walking shell in the cutscene )
