New Rayman?

here is a idea:

I chould be cool if Ubisoft will create a game called New Rayman , there, you can join the first adventure of Rayman, but in 3D! but its the same worlds, same bosses and same sounds!
Consoles:
Wii, PS3, PS2, DS, PSP, Win, X360.

Sounds that like a good idea?

The title is just not catchy, and the first Rayman should be left how it has been made, also it wouldn't work in 3D, and a remake would be also pointless because we already know everything about the plot.

I think they should remake Rayman 1 in 1080p and call it Rayman HD and release it for PSN and XBLM. It should be the exact same as the original, except the sprites, tiles, backgrounds and animations would be much better (not 3D), and the sounds and music would be digitally remastered. And the screen should go away at the end of each level the way it does in the Saturn version. And it should include the extra music from the PS1 version. And the breakout minigame from the Jaguar version. And the extra stuff from the PC version, if there is any.

Calling it Rayman HD... the better one would be Rayman - eXtended eDition (shortcut: Rayman xD). Extended? But by what, you say?

Fixed and should be understandable. Rayman Designer, Rayman Forever stuff etc., including BETTER level editor and I would buy PS3 for this and Sonic Unleashed.

But, I think The Hugo from KUL meant something like

Yes, I always imagined how would Rayman 1 and 1/2 would look... But it would be completely different game.

Sounds like a rip-off of New Super Mario Bros. This reminds me of 2D Madness. I'd support the idea but it's unlikely to happen, and Rayman 1 works better with the 2D character sprites.

Now no, you see, this is an idea for a new Rayman game and doesn't have anything to do with Rayman 1 itself, but for a remake of it
